
On August 15, 2025, ICSO team collaborated with local authorities of Pak Nhai commune and organized the capacity building for committee and community members on land rights based on the statutes and internal rule of the Charay ethnic minority community, Pak Toch village, Pak Nhai commune, O'Yadav district, Ratanakiri province. The main provisions are Articles 11, 13, 22, and 27 of the Community By-Law and Articles 7, 10, and 13 of the Internal Rule of the Community, related to management of land and forest. The committee and community members have better understood the contents of the by-law and internal rule for the management, and use of land and natural resources, as well as the resolution of various disputes in the community. The meeting was attended by local authorities of Pak Nhai Commune. The total of 55 community members, 39 of whom are women who involved in this session.
