On May 22, 2025, ICSO team collaborated with experts from the Provincial Rural Development Department, Provincial Inter-Sectoral Office, and local authorities of Laok Commune Administration to organize a meeting to strengthen the capacity of the committee leaders and members on the implementation of the internal rule of the Kreung Indigenous Community of Laok Village, Laok Commune, O Chum District, Ratanakiri Province.

The content of the internal regulations has been revised in some chapters and clauses for the implementation of the committee leaders and members. They understood the content of the internal rule on the management, administration, and use of land and natural resources, as well as resolving internal disputes. They decide to implement the new internal rule, which have 6 chapters and 24 articles. The meeting had a total of 66 participants (38 women).
